What we do

Studio-quality podcast editing – without the studio

Recording a podcast from your desk is convenient, but it doesn't naturally sound like a professional studio. But with the right recording set up and editing, it can get pretty damn close.

Whether you're launching your first episode or finally getting the support your existing show deserves, Virtual Podcast Studio can give you the support you need, so you can focus on the bit that actually needs you.

Ways we can work together

Podcast services: Launch, edit, promote

Whether you're starting from a blank page or already have a regular routine, here are the ways we can help.

Why Virtual Podcast Studio

Professional podcast editing – Honest pricing, no lock-in

We built Virtual Podcast Studio around one idea: podcasting should work for your life, not add to your workload.

No lock-in contracts. No surprises. No faceless agency handing your show to an intern. Just really good podcast production – for women who have something worth saying

Transparent pricing

You always know what to expect on your invoice. No hidden extras.

Simple handover

A straightforward process that doesn't require you to change how you record.

You own everything

Full ownership and control of your podcast – always. No exceptions.

A real human editor

One person who learns your show, grows with it, and genuinely gives a damn.

We could not manage it all without Rah. She's amazing and keeps our podcast on track week in, week out. She's also unflappable, which is invaluable to us.

Meet the founder

Not a faceless agency. Just Rah.

Hey, I'm Rah Gardiner, founder of Virtual Podcast Studio and the person who will actually be working on your podcast. I've been editing podcasts since 2016. I've hosted my own. And I've spent 29 years working in tech, publishing, and education.

That means I understand content, I understand what makes ideas worth sharing, and I won't make you feel like you should already know any of this.

Ready to get started?

Book a no-pressure chat and let's figure out whether we're a good fit. Think of it less like a business meeting and more like a coffee with someone who genuinely wants your podcast to succeed.

No pitch. No hard sell. Cause life's too short for that.
